Lido Lake Resort By MNC Hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the foothills of Mount Salak, offering a serene escape just a 2-hour drive from Jakarta. the spacious rooms are not only comfortable and clean but also offer stunning views of the lush garden and the picturesque lake. the staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We opted for a room with pool access, and it was a decision we didn't regret - the pool was pristine and perfect for guests of all swimming abilities. the resort itself is vast, with an array of activities to enjoy, from a playground and hanging bridges to paintball and archery. We even rented a bicycle to explore the expansive property, which was a delightful experience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Not only were they attentive and efficient, but their honesty and dedication shone through when I accidentally left some belongings behind. the team promptly arranged for the items to be sent to me in Jakarta, showcasing their commendable commitment to guest satisfaction. The only drawback we encountered was the limited availability of outbound games, such as high rope and flying fox, which many guests, including us, were eager to try. Perhaps the resort could consider enhancing their facilities and staff rotation to ensure a smoother experience for all visitors.
